The staff was helpful and we would return there. The service was great and the pool was excellent. We got extra blankets, it was a nice touch. The hotel had a comfortable location in an amazing area. Good food, loved it.

The pool was amazing, the breakfast was reasonably good. The location was marvellous, in in the middle of outside refurbishment. I had quick bite at Bierkonie Arenal Sl, it was nearby. Everything here was beautiful, I will be back.

I spent 4 nights and will be back. Absolutely perfect room, everything was beautiful. The location was great and cool, within easy walking distance of Mega Park Nightclub. The area was beautiful close enough to about 3min by foot from the Beach, and the many many supermarkets.

Appealing and clean place to stay in, it has superfriendly and excellent staff on a shift.

Its rooms are huge with nice balcony, cleans towels, a double bed for a very comfortable stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised. The décor is tastefully done with an industrial look that I really liked. The pool area is a great size and there were always sun beds available. I also appreciated the attention to detail with reserved sun beds. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to a bus station. Additionally, it's conveniently located near the airport.

My stay at this hotel was great and there is nothing in particular that I believe could be improved.

Its within walking distance beach,shops,restuarants,but most of all the all-inclusive option. This is excellent value.

No TV in the bedrooms and the rooms could do with a little upgrade,other than that, this is a good 3* hotel and staff friendly.

I strongly recommend the venue to others. Overall the room is fairly quiet, perfect and includes WiFi and a balcony. The location near the beach is decent. What's more, it's just a short walk away from the heart of the city. The hotel has an amazing bar:)))

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Mallorca that ticked all the boxes for a great weekend getaway. the location was perfect, with the beach just a stone's throw away and plenty of nearby options for dining and nightlife. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met throughout our stay. The rooms may have been basic, but they were comfortable, clean, and even came with a nice balcony to enjoy the views. Plus, the breakfast included in our stay was simply amazing, providing a delicious start to each day. this hotel offered great value for money and provided all the necessary amenities for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
